Cancellation Policy

At Face Card Studios, I strive to provide exceptional service while accommodating your scheduling needs. I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. To ensure smooth operations for all clients, I kindly ask for communication regarding appointment changes or cancellations as soon as possible.

• Same-Day Changes: For same-day appointments, please notify me via text or call to modify or cancel your booking. Alternatively, you can use the appointment link to reschedule or cancel online.

• Respect for Flexibility: My cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility, but I ask that it not be taken advantage of. If I notice repeated cancellations or rescheduling without sufficient notice, I reserve the right to decline future bookings or requests. Should this become a concern, I will address it with you respectfully to work towards a solution.

• No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice may incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the missed service cost. This fee must be paid before scheduling your next appointment.

• Late Arrivals: If you are late for your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior communication may be considered a no-show and subject to the cancellation fee.
